After scanning the ticket and presenting the document confirming your vaccination, you will receive the appropriate wristband – for one day, weekend, four days or camping. The wristband allows you to enter and exit the festival area an unlimited number of times.

ENTRANCE TO THE FESTIVAL

Entry to the FEST area is through the festival gate located between the Silesian Stadium and the Pola Marsowe (see the map at the end).

CAMPERS/CAMPING

If you have a campsite ticket, you must go through the Silesian Park to get to your accommodation. An additional wristband allows you to enter camping area. Only people with the CAMPING wristband can bring water and food (not in bulk quantities). There you will also find a charging area for your phone, showers, toilets, a deposit, a dedicated bar, a shop with basic necessities, relaxation zones, Wellness Zone (saunas and banyas).
Owners of entry tickets for campers exchange tickets for festival wristbands at the Ticket Exchange Point (gate no.2, Silesian Stadium), where, after collecting the wristbands and entry tickets, they will be directed to the campsite.
4-day ticket holders can enter the campsite from 08:00 a.m. Holders of one-day and weekend tickets from 1 p.m (every day).

SECURITY CONTROL

Once you receive the appropriate wristband, you go to the body search. You cannot bring to the festival area:
  • large umbrellas (you can take a small, folded umbrella),
  • selfiesticks,
  • tripods,
  • drones,
  • vehicles, such as: skateboard, hoverboard, roller skates, electric scooters or other two-wheelers (unless you have a BIKE PASS, then you can enter with a bicycle),
  • drinks and food (except for people with a wristband for the Campsite),
  • sharp tools and weapons (but it’s probably obvious;)).
You can bring a powerbank, analog camera or a polaroid camera.
If you are wondering what else will be useful for you at FEST, here is a short must-have list:
  • something for mosquitoes,
  • something rainproof,
  • sweatshirt / jacket for a cooler evening,
  • charged powerbank,
  • payment card.

PAYMENTS

First of all, a payment card – whether in a physical or mobile version. You will pay with it everywhere! There are ONLY non-cash payments at FEST. Therefore, if you do not want to use the card, go to the Exchange Point, where you can exchange cash for FEST tokens.

CLEANLINESS IN THE PARK

The Silesian Park is a beautiful place and we want it to remain so for as long as possible. Take all the rubbish with you! Trash bins are placed all throughout the festival. You will find most of them next to bars and food trucks.
Don’t throw your cigarette butts on the ground! After smoking a cigarette, throw it into the nearest trash can.
The main thing – respect the nature. Do not tear off branches or leaves from trees and shrubs.

TOILETS

There are many places in the park where you can take care of your most urgent needs. Leave the toilet clean so that another person can use it without any problems. Toilets can be found near the Main Stage, Silesia / Arena Stage, Dance Circles, Wina Village and Market.

SAFETY – LOVE. RAVE. BEHAVE.

Each of us is different, but we are united by the fact that we meet at the same time and place because of the love for music and the festival. We want this love to manifest itself also in interpersonal relationships. We all create a community where everyone should feel free and safe. Regardless of gender, sexual orientation, appearance or origin.
As festival goers, we should also remember to take care of each other during the event, no matter how long our relationship lasts. Sometimes even small gestures of courtesy can make a big difference to someone’s well-being or even save someone’s life. Do not leave people under the influence of alcohol or drugs to themselves, and if you see someone who is feeling under the weather, offer help.
If you witness a dangerous situation, or see signs of aggression, hatred or intolerance – inform the security and service immediately.

HOW TO GET THERE / TAXI

You can get to FEST by car, but we recommend choosing public transport or a taxi. If you decide to come by car, there are two car parks near the festival: one at Aleja Harcerska (cost: 40 zł per day) and the other at Siemianowicka Street (you can find all information here). You can find specific locations on the map.
The taxi rank is located near Gate number 3 of the Silesian Stadium.
